im gonna tell you straight out, i have an ACUTE FEAR of COMPUTERS... i thought i could live my life with a minimum of time spent on a computer as humanly possible in the 21st Century, but this weekend, i have come to the sad realization that its not possible!
It all started when my brother brought home his new laptop...its been a couple of years since this household had a computer as one of its members, thanks to someone blowing up the LAST computer...(heheh..*looks down sheepishly*)... So the firt couple of weeks had fun mucking aroun on the laptop, messing with the WMPlayer, watchin DVDs.. i could take that..
but then..we connected online and i realized i had an insane abundance of time to waste!! (due to a certain age limit on employers..grr..).. so someone suggested that i set up my own blog..for my own amusement... yeah right 'amusement'..more like 'frustration'!
looked at my friends blogs n im like "hey i can do that".. uh-huh right Fae..
this coming from someone who has no idea how HTML works, what codes are, and where to go on the computer for your downloads...
so now, through trial and error and help from friends who were once upon a time in the same predicament as i am now, i now relectuantly crawl out of the Amish-approved rock that ive been hiding in and start learning how to do this technology thing everyones on about...ure invited to watch Fae ATTEMPT to do this...and pretend she knows what shes doing...
i have new-found respect in tech-geeks..
