oh wait scratch that its been a looooonnnggg weekend....
haha...u prolly have read from aLee's blog that at midnight last night we were in the J.P parking lot trying to change HaZ's flat tyre of his Benz... but lets take a step back n trace the journey leading up to the flat tyre...
Friday [11/02/05]
haha had a barbeque.. it was bloody last minute, messaging everyone the details the afternoon before ( thankies to 'orang atu' for the credit, u saved me!)... and everyones messaging back "Last minute jua buuuuiiii"..heheh sorry..
but the turnout was better than expected..other than my lifelong buddies who came to liven up the party, others came too (keebles n Jasone < 3 u!) ...it was great seeing every one in the same room again... too bad Kel, Rez or Shaz couldnt come...i think the flight in from UK was cancelled...lol...then it would have been one hell of a party...
there was this funny bit when Kash, Bil and Nurie were chitty chatting and they started bitching about the bullies back in P.G.G.M.B...gila wah.. thats back in the day when we were all 3 feet high mannn...
and the guys were playing footie..sampai 10pm...in the darkk hahah.. boyssss...
it was great, though i was 'missing' someone who was supposed to show up..i havent seen him in a long time, and i really wanted to catch up with him...sighs..
and to my girlfrens who dint show up, fae menyamal nieee..u missed alee cooking and syai pigging out on Oreo icecream cake..heheh it was just too tempting huh syai? heee < 33
but after the barbeque, i couldnt crash yet (like i could go to sleep, with all the sugar coursing thru my veins,riiiight) cause i promised some people that i would print their personal statements for them...mental wahh...had to be perfecttt..
and to 'orang atu' hehe balik balik supposed to call u, tapi something always happens to prevent it.. sorry eh?
Saturday [12/02/05]
im done with my UCAS form!!! *dances the chandler dance*
and it was nervewracking filling in the form cause it had to be perfect..neat and all.. but its done!!!
so there i was celebrating cause a load was off my shoulders when our careers advisor announced that the scholarship forms were out...ihhhhhhhhhh FOUR FREAKIN FORMS TO FILL!!!!!! *fae goes crazy and starts tearing her hair out*and we have to write an ESSAY!! and i was just DONE sweating over my personal statement for UCAS!! *cries* sighs.. all in the name of joining Stevens in the Kingdom..
then me n mel went home to her crib..waiting for padil to pick us up..poor guy, he had to go all the way to Lumapas, pick me n mel up, drop us off at my crib in Jerudong so i could shower n change, realized that he left his backstage pass in Berakas, so he had to drive all the way THERE, come back to jerudong to pick me n mel up THEN we were on our way to the ampitheatre...thank you so much padil!!
then at the ampitheatre, the celebrities (Mel and Padil) left me with Padils gf, Nina...so we sat in our seats with Seemah, joking about the acts..hehee..then Haz came, so i left the girls to hang with him....heeee.. kami mental.. plucking flowers off the bushes and mocking the singers..
(dont get me wrong, EVERYONE who performed were great singers..just gna have to brush up on the showmanship)
then at the end of the show,Haz volunteered to Mels mom that he would send me home... and we were hungry so we were cruising aroun looking for food (nasi katok was full!) and we ended up in jerudong park..
then while we were looking for a parking space, we heard weird sounds coming from the left side of the Benz..and turns out, the front left tyrewas flat! i think the tyre was balding so the inner wire was poking out thus piercing itself... me n Haz took out the jack but goddamnit the instructions were in chinese!!!it wasnt the original jack of the Benz, but a new one..
so call for back up! dial- [aBang].. in a way it just shows who u realy depend on..he'll be the first one u call if ure in a bind... thankgod abang was on the road so he cud be there in 10mins.. then me n Haz decided to call aLee too, for extra backup.. thankies muchos for rescuing us!!
so we abandoned Hazs whacked jack (i was THIS close to figuring out how to work it) and we used alees jack instead... the boys put in equal muscle to change the tyre n putting in the spare..n it was all good until we realized that the spare was too soft to drive anywhere..
sighs...so the night ended up with us leaving the Benz in the parking lot, and in my kitchen eating nasi katok at 2am..haha...
cant wait till I get stranded and need to change a flat tyre... haha AS IF!!
