its been a good day so far...
i found out yesterday that my crush is transferred from level 7 to level 5 (MY level!!!) this monday!!!.. and the icing on the cake is that we're working under the same team..so we'll be working pretty 'closely'..hehe..but he still hasnt asked for my number...*crosses fingers in prayer for a miracle*
Yani messaged in the morning and since we havent seen each other in ages, we made plans to spend the afternoon together =)
and i kidnapped Mel from work and made her have lunch with me...we gossiped all the way to WestStreet, gossiped while grabbing two couches, gossiped in between giving our orders, gossiped through our meal, and gossiped all the way back to her workplace...hahaha and did i mention we gossiped a little bit? heeeheeee... =)
visited Jason in InComm while waiting for Yani...and he told me that earns more than i do!! well, sure he works crazy hours as opposed to my office hours, and he only gets a day off after a week straight of 12-hour shifts as opposed to my saturday-half-day-and-sunday-offs...but stilllll....i have to do filling! *faints at the injustice of life*
Yani joined us at aroun 2+, and we see Kashful, Fadz and Muaz (who btw is in pg.46 in the Borneo Bulletin Weekend), and we also Mash's fren Aizat...who, it turns out was with Yani in tuition... oh and yes Mash, someone is VERY interested to know if Aizat is single or not..cause someone just realized that he has very very nice eyes.... *that someone melts*
Me and Yani retraced me and Mels steps to WestStreet, and we plonked ourselves on the couches and talked a mile a minute!!! it was soooo much fun!! we caught each other up on each others lives, compared workplaces, bitched about our bosses... hahaha and then i had to run to the toilet and who did i LITERALLY bang into? (literally cause while i was running to the toilet he stepped in front of me, making me crash into him) i banged into Raeky!!! who i havent seen ever since Yazid left for Aussie..which was in February kah? *LOL*
Yani and i had to go and pick up the mom from work, and on the way to the car guess who we saw?? DAYAT!!! and thats not all.. Dayat was clean-shaven, wearing a collared-shirt,TUCKED IN, black PANTS with a BELT and leather shoes...as in slam-dunk cleaned up good... he looked so neat!!! where did the dayat i knew go?the one with the black nail polish, baggy jeans and combat boots?? but eeeee im so proud of u Dayat!!!! it was a shock, but in a good way!!!
gosh i needed today...i missed everyone so much i think i suffered withdrawal systoms from being deprived of seeing my frens... heee heee..
im also starting to read again...im ditching the emo-novels that are bersepah aroun my room, and picking up modern-pop-happy-happy books...i just finished reading Can You Keep a Secret by Sophie Kinsella (click to read an excerpt of the book!its funny!!!) it put me in such a good mood, i borrowed more pop-happy books from Ka Ayla, Yani's older sis... and my adik,Nana, asked her friend for the PrincessDiaries series...read the first one.. and even though its different from the movie, its just as funny!
so what if im grounded, my crush at work still hasnt asked for my number, the guy i fell head over heels for is taken, my computer at work hates me(and vise-versa), only one of the four lights in my bedroom work,i might get sued by my web-developer, im craving cheesy crust pizza,sleep-deprived and running out of shampoo and conditioner?
im healthy, i met two of my best girlfrens, my salary came in, my workmates are funny, i was complimented today, i have 2 tubs of ice-cream, five pop-happy books waiting to be read F.R.I.E.N.D.S Season 5 to watch, and a brand new tube of toothpaste...so for now, life aint all bad =) =) =)
