here's my outline of this afternoon :- at 2pm, i went to the Supreme Court in Bandar to get legal documents stamped, and the lawyer who sent me gave me the wrong directions; he said level 1 and i ended up in probation court..which was totally not where i was supposed to be...so i asked for directions and was told to go to level 2...so after half an hour of wandering around, i finally found the place where i had to get the documents stamped,thank god.. i realized that lawyers are scary looking... and in the probation courtroom were alot of seedy looking characters =s - i wonder who out of the people i know, in a few more decades, will end up as lawyers, and who will end up as the seedy looking characters...lol
after court, zoomed off to Citibank (zooming being the key word as it closes at 3pm)..got there 10 mins before closing time and deposited $30,000+ worth of cheques... then hopped to IBB bank and deposited $900+ IN CASH...
then had to go to IDBB in kiulap to sort out these finances.. they claim that theyve paid all of their debts to DST but i had evidence that they havent.. the woman looked at me queerly, prolly cause i look too young to handle business discussions.. which in a way i am...
and in the IDBB building, you had to press which floor u wanted to go to BEFORE u got in the lifts... theres a post with buttons that u key in the level number,then it shows which lift ure supposed to ride... didnt see the point as there were only 2 lifts... but watever lol..
then i had to go to the Ministry of Finance to collect a cheque for DST, and GODDAMNNN the MoF building is so cool!! kalah DST HQ!! its like "holyshit im in a Hollywood Sci-Fi movie set"!!!
but its so confusing inside!! i rode the elevators up to level 3 (thats the only thing i knew - head to level 3 -BAG Networks) but ended up in front of the Mens surau.. hahah
but there was this cute guy who was coming out so i asked him for directions to BAG Networks and he kinda laughed and said that it was in the other wing of the building...then he lead me to the reception where i had to surrender my I.C in exchange for a security pass... mental... well with all that money i gess its appropriate...it IS the Ministry of FINANCE... then he lead Me to the lifts and HEY its the same scheme as in IDBB!! buttons in the middle of the room... hahahah mental jua ehhh
THEN i had to rush back to DST HQ to send out this memo that was about an urgent meeting on Thursday, so it had to be out ASAP..and by this time it was 4.30pm and we end work at 5pm... heeeeeeeeee rush rush rush rush
sorry to talk about work but hey its was eventful =) i am seriously over-worked and under-paid...
