but yesterday decided to do a little bit of laundry, so trudged down, with the stereo on full volume (another perk of being home alone) and loaded the washing machine.. and two hours later, i learnt that the time on the washing machine and real-time does NOT match!! the number "2" on the washing machine does not mean 2minutes... so because of disagreements of time between me and the washing machine, Ikram was forced to wait in the car for an extra 10min when he came to pick me up heehee.. sorry dude~
the day was thus spent going around around around the gadong area looking for ingriedients and other stuff.. [details at Mashes Blog] what Mash dint mention was when she went off to her class, we kidnapped Nazmi and brought him ingriedient shopping with us.. Ikram was in a lagging mood so he kept taking wrong turns haha.. Naz was a victim of the indecisiveness thats ALWAYS there when Ikram and Fae go out.. hehe sorry Naz!
later that night, the late supper was a success, and watching "V for Vendetta" on a bad DVD made me so engrossed in trying to catch everything he said that my Fettucini Carbonara became cold.. and it didnt help that the English subtitles were crap..
A movie about England under a dictatorship.. hella cool.. the main character "V" mentioned some Latin phrases that i KNEW i knew, but didnt remember the english translation.. so googled it when i got home =)

remind me to buy the original DVD of "V for Vendetta".. the mask scared the bejeesus outta me that i dreamt the mask was haunting me.. but instead of straight black hair like V, this one had red curls... heehee.. my nightmares are weird..
my shopping list is growing.. and for those of you i havent gotten the chance to tell yet, i was recently promoted at work.. now a certified permanent DST worker, - at 19 haha..(can u believe im the youngest permanent worker they've ever had? hella cool)... but being a permanent worker,ignoring the benefits (and there are a LOT of benefits), i am obligated to come to the DST Annual Dinner,or id have to pay nearly $100 for not showing up.. and the annual dinner is on Mashes bday.. i hope Mash has a test or something that night so she wont make any bday plans hehehe jahat wah (SORRY MASHES!)
the "times-two" payrise is really gonna help contribute to the "Dont-Let-Fae-Starve-In-UK" fund.. but there are still some debts to clear, and some necissities that i need to spend on at the moment..
i wish Melina was here because shes awesome to have around while gadget shopping.. i need to buy a decent digital camera, and an external harddisk for Frankie.. i have to send him to be re-formatted so i need a place to dump my 10GB of songs.. argh... and im torn between buying an iPod Nano or a Zen as an mp3player cause i plan to do a lot of travelling in the UK and i HATE public transportation without music.. i even hate walking/jogging without being plugged into an mp3 player... but if i buy an iPod Nano, CERTAIN people will think im copying them =p
so anyone who can give me info abt bargains concerning 10-20GB external hardisks, DigiCams or mp3 players, mucho appreciated.. muchas gracias
and Toby is leaving for Korea on the 22nd.. and straight to U.K in september to study..i dont know how i feel about that........
a few days ago, my screen nick was "fake fake fake fake fake you F**KING FAKE*... i was angry at a certain person who is always a walking contradiction... some people call her a hypocrite, the more nicer ones call her unpredictable;inconsistent..
im sick of her hiding behind her numerous masks.. people expect her to act a certain way, and sometimes she does act that way, sometimes she suprises people by doing the opposite.. i can never predict her next move, shes too impulsive, but sometimes shes manipulative and plays her cards just right while using everyone as pawns..
id like to think that shes a good person, but there are certain times when she just disappoints me.. how many times has she hurt the people around her? the ones that have done nothing but be good to her..
i want to cut her off, but shes a big part of me.. everytime i look in the mirror, she has a different mask on...
