there are all these signs that point to the suggestion that i should visit the house on Jalan 60, Simpang 49-7 (i think is the right simpang), the brown house with the basketball hoop and white couches... i wanted to the other day, but it was at a time when i knew noone was home, either at school or sending the kids to school... soon, i keep promising myself... soon.. just want to see how the family is... =)
today is the last day of a set of meetings that DST is hosting for all these TeleCompanies all around the world, at the Empire... my boss dragged me to join them to be Secretariat of the meetings. Officially, i'm to run around, armed with my laptop, scanner, printer and fax machine and do any paperwork that im asked to.. but UNofficially, im just sitting around, mooching off the wireless, getting to know delegates and using their room numbers to use the Empire Country Club facilities... so isalll gooooddddd.....
theres even a guy here called Lionel who works for Google, and he caught me using Yahoo Search and he said "yea i use Yahoo more than Google... you kinda get sick of the Google logo when you work there..." *lol*
im also getting bullied here by the local delegates cause most of them knows my mom, so theyre real friendly to me.. they're bullying me cause they think theres this particular delegate from Telekom Malaysia whos interested in me... i thought they were just bull-shitting... but........... *blushes*

Ive received my offer letter from Cardiff Uni confirming my place, so with that letter, along with a Medical Letter from my clinic, i forwarded it to the Ministry of Education.. The Education Officer and I had a sit-down to discuss my next steps, and at the end of it, they passed me a Medical Check Form to fill out...
usually the Scholarship kids are given a whole pack of paperwork to go through, but Fae gets special treatment and 2mnths to sort out everything =p We decided to get the Medical Check over and done with first cause thats the only thing holding me back...
So for the third time in 18months, Fae has to do ANOTHER full blown Medical Check... My parents and also Melina are telling me to get it over and done with ASAP so i might do it NEXT saturday, which is an off-day for Fae.. but im scared to do it alone................. anyone wanna come with me to hold my hand..........?
If all goes well, my course will start on the 25th of September. I was planning to leave on the 20th September, just like last year, but my DST boss dropped a bombshell where she wants me to participate in this NATIONAL FORUM in September... and it isnt just a normal forum, Ministers and all the Big-Wigs of Communications all around Asia is coming in Brunei.. these are the people who are incharge of our Internet and Phone lines people =p
anyhow, this forum is gna be from the 18th to 21st of September, which sets my date of flight TENTATIVELY to the 23rd of September... the day before puasa yooooooo...... again, if all goes well... im gna be working up til the day before i leave, then ill just conk out on the plane haha...
